Game Guessor
Public Profile Terms and Community Rules
These terms apply when you choose or edit a custom nickname in Game Guessor. By selecting "Agree and continue", you agree to follow them. If you do not agree, you cannot create or edit a custom nickname. You may continue using Game Guessor with your current nickname.
Your Public Profile
Your nickname, selected Game Guessor avatar, and play statistics may be seen by other Game Guessor users who access your profile.
Do not put personal, confidential, or sensitive information in your nickname. When you choose a custom nickname, you give Game Guessor permission to store and display it as needed to operate and protect the service.
At present, nicknames are the only public content entered directly by players. Avatars are selected from Game Guessor artwork, and play statistics are generated by the app.
Community Rules
Do not choose or use a nickname that:
- Contains profanity, obscene material, or sexually explicit content.
- Sexualizes or exploits children.
- Promotes hatred or dehumanizes people based on characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
- Threatens, harasses, bullies, humiliates, or encourages violence against another person.
- Impersonates another person or organization, or falsely claims an affiliation.
- Reveals personal or confidential information about you or someone else.
- Promotes spam, advertising, scams, fraud, or illegal activity.
- Infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
- Attempts to bypass nickname filters, moderation decisions, or account restrictions.
A nickname may violate these rules even if an automated check initially accepts it. Context and intent may be considered.
Reports and Blocking
If you believe a profile violates these rules, use the in-app Report action when it is available, or contact support@gameguessor.com. Submit reports in good faith and include only the information needed to explain the concern. Never include passwords, sign-in codes, or unnecessary personal information.
When blocking controls are available, blocking a player hides that player's profile from you. Blocking does not automatically report the player or remove their account. You can unblock a player from their profile.
Moderation and Enforcement
Game Guessor may use automated checks and human review to enforce these rules.
Depending on the severity or frequency of a violation, we may reject or reset a nickname, limit nickname changes, restrict public-profile functionality, restrict an account, or suspend or terminate an account.
We may take action without advance notice when reasonably necessary to protect players, secure the service, or comply with the law.
Misuse of Safety Tools
Do not submit reports that you know are false, repetitive, retaliatory, or intended to harass another person.
You will not be penalized for a good-faith report merely because we decide not to take action. Repeated or serious misuse of reporting tools may result in restrictions.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how Game Guessor processes personal information. The Privacy Policy is separate from your acceptance of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service or its safety requirements change. When a change is material, we may ask you to accept the new version before creating or editing a custom nickname.
