Terms of Service
1. About these Terms
These Terms govern your use of the Game Guessor mobile apps, website, and related services, collectively called the "Service." References to "we," "us," and "our" mean Store DNA Apps.
Please read these Terms before using the Service. Our Public Profile Terms and Community Rules separately describe the rules you are asked to accept when choosing or editing a custom nickname.
2. Gameplay and age eligibility
Game Guessor is a video game trivia app. You identify games from screenshots, complete rounds and levels, earn in-game rewards, use tips, collect avatars, and compare progress through profiles and leaderboards.
You must be at least 16 years old to play or use rewarded ads. Some game content may have higher age restrictions. Provide an accurate date of birth and do not bypass the app's age restrictions. If the laws where you live require a parent or legal guardian's permission, you must obtain it.
Game Guessor is an independent, unofficial app. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the game publishers, developers, platforms, or rights holders whose products appear in the Service.
3. Accounts and progress
You may use a guest account or register or sign in using the methods provided in the app. Keep your sign-in details secure and contact us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
Progress, balances, and acquired items are associated with your Game Guessor account. Switching to another account does not automatically transfer them. Keep access to your registered sign-in method. We may be unable to restore access to a guest account if its access credentials are lost.
Do not use another person's account without authorization or provide misleading information when requesting account access or support.
4. Coins, tips, avatars, and in-game purchases
Coins are virtual units used only within Game Guessor. You can earn them through features such as gameplay, referrals, and optional rewarded ads. Available offers, reward amounts, and conditions are shown in the app.
In-game purchases currently use coins, rather than a payment with real money. You can spend coins on available tips and avatars at the prices shown in the app. Review the price and the described benefit before confirming. Tips, extra lives, and extra time apply to the relevant gameplay situation as explained in the app.
Coins, rewards, and virtual items have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for money, and cannot be sold or transferred to another person. Acquiring an avatar gives you permission to use it within the Service; it does not transfer ownership of the artwork or grant rights to reuse it elsewhere.
If coins are deducted but you do not receive the described benefit, contact us so we can investigate and correct any confirmed error. Nothing in this section removes remedies available to you under applicable law.
5. Optional rewarded ads
Where available, you may choose to complete a rewarded ad in exchange for the benefit shown in the app. Rewarded ads are optional, and the app explains the offered reward before you choose to participate.
Ad availability depends on factors such as your age eligibility, platform, region, privacy choices, and the advertising provider. An ad may not always be available. Rewards are granted after the required ad experience is completed and confirmed; closing an ad early may mean no reward is earned.
We are responsible for delivering the rewards we offer. If you complete the required experience but do not receive the reward, use any retry option shown in the app or contact us. Displaying an advertisement does not mean that we endorse the advertiser or its products.
6. Public profiles, nicknames, and referrals
Your nickname, selected avatar, and public game statistics may be visible to other players through profiles, leaderboards, and sharing features. Referral features may also show your nickname and information about related rewards to the other participant. The Privacy Policy explains what is public and what remains private.
Before creating or editing a custom nickname, you must accept the Public Profile Terms and Community Rules. Those rules cover nickname content, reporting, blocking, and moderation. You can decline and continue using your current nickname.
Do not include personal, confidential, or sensitive information in your nickname. Share profile and referral links responsibly and follow the reward conditions shown in the app.
7. Fair play and acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- Break applicable laws or infringe another person's rights.
- Access accounts, systems, or information without authorization.
- Distribute malicious software or deliberately disrupt the Service.
- Falsify gameplay results, balances, purchase confirmations, or ad completion, or use bots or modified clients to manipulate rewards or leaderboard rankings.
- Create fraudulent accounts or manipulate referrals to obtain rewards.
- Harass other players or misuse reporting and blocking features.
- Bypass security controls or age restrictions.
These restrictions do not limit activities that applicable law expressly permits, including rights that cannot be excluded by contract.
8. Intellectual property and game content
The Service's software, design, branding, and original materials belong to us or our licensors. You may use them as necessary to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Game titles, screenshots, trademarks, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. Their appearance in Game Guessor does not grant ownership of the underlying games or permission for unrelated reuse. Third-party and open-source materials remain subject to their applicable licenses.

9. Availability and changes to the Service
We aim to provide the Service with reasonable care and skill. Access may sometimes be interrupted by maintenance, technical problems, or changes to services on which the app depends.
We may update game content, features, and reward offers to improve gameplay, address errors or security issues, comply with the law, or respond to changes in third-party services. Updated prices and reward offers will be shown before you choose to use them.
If we plan to discontinue the Service or make a change that materially reduces its functionality or access to acquired items, we will provide reasonable advance notice where practicable. Urgent security or legal issues may require earlier action. We will respect any notice requirements and remedies that apply under consumer law.
10. Restrictions and account closure
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, protect players or the Service, or comply with the law. We may correct results or rewards obtained through confirmed fraud or technical errors. Any action will be proportionate to the circumstances.
Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to contact us about the decision, unless doing so would be unlawful or compromise security. The Public Profile Terms and Community Rules describe additional details about nickname moderation and appeals.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Account-deletion options are available in the app and on our account-deletion page. Deleting your account removes access to its progress, balance, and acquired items. Read the Privacy Policy for information about deletion and retention, and contact support if you cannot access your account.
11. Privacy, responsibility, and your rights
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and protect personal information. These Terms do not replace any consent required for advertising, analytics, or other processing.
We are responsible for providing our Service in accordance with applicable law. Third-party advertisers and linked services are responsible for their own products and services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes your mandatory consumer rights. This includes any applicable rights concerning faulty digital services, remedies, or access to courts.
If you have a question or complaint, contact support@gameguessor.com. Contacting us does not prevent you from exercising any other legal remedy available to you.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, legal requirements, or how we operate. The effective date identifies the current version.
For material changes affecting your rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable advance notice through an appropriate channel and obtain agreement where required by law. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen.
If you do not wish to continue under updated Terms, you may stop using the Service and delete your account.
